Coaching is a process which maximizes individual potential through helping people get the best out of themselves in the professional sphere. Coaching is different from training in that it focuses on the whole person, and not exclusively on their technical and professional skills.

The coaching process

  1. Needs analysis
    Definition and harmonisation of personal and organisational goals and initial identification of objectives.
  2. Information gathering and development of self awareness
    360º Questionnaires, Psychometric Instruments (MBTI, FIRO-B and SDI) and live observation.
  3. Action plan and resource gathering
    Goal setting, identification of internal and external resources needed, barriers to be overcome and points of leverage within the organizational context.
  4. Accompanying the client in carrying out their plan
    Evaluation of steps taken, adjustments needed, identification of areas of support and further development.
  5. Goal measurement, valuation and planning for continuous learning and improvement.
